We view STEM as a single subject that combines knowledge from all four of its core disciplines and applies them concurrently to solve real-world problems.  Our continuous professional development draws on the best of practical teaching experience and innovative research on how to overcome obstacles to better outcomes in STEM pedagogy. Our workshops are fun, engaging, informative and most of all will equip your teaching staff with the confidence and skills to deliver improved learning outcomes in their STEM lessons.

Teaching staff will receive training and development in STEM pedagogy that supports the theory of how to implement STEM curriculum effectively across all four areas of the STEM disciplines. Through the format of a practical workshop. teachers will engage in developing their own solutions for engaging students. In particular, we focus on inquiry-based learning, project-based learning, and cross-curricular connections to engage students to achieve deeper learning.

We work with you to develop an overall scope and sequence for your school to implement a STEM education program into your wider school curriculum. This often builds on from professional development workshops and discussions with your team, leading to fully integrated practical solutions for your school's STEM program that align to learning outcomes in the core subjects. 

Alternatively, we can develop solutions for "STEM days" that align with your wider school curriculum and provide holistic design problems for your students. These can extend into "taster experiences" for your current and prospective students as they enter into your school.

Connecting with the STEM industry is critical for STEM student engagement as it inspires through building awareness of the subject's relevance to career preparation. Our network of contacts in both the private sector and academia is continually growing, and because of this we can help your school with facilitating introductions to relevant contacts in companies and Universities who themselves are keen to engage and promote STEM education. This introduction service includes attending initial meetings jointly with you and, where relevant, attending talks, workshops or site visits provided by the industry participant.

We help you plan and execute your implementation of STEM curriculum. Our solutions address critical factors such as willingness of staff to teach STEM, teacher knowledge, availability and relevance of resources, timetabling and rooming. We support your staff to implement the scope and sequence whilst maintaining alignment with your school's curriculum and other needs.

We provide a personalised service for students of STEM and Design & Technology subjects who are seeking additional support or looking to improve their grades. Leveraging our experience in teaching and marking STEM-related subjects from middle / junior high school through to final years, we tailor lessons that help your child achieve their goals.
